The short version: Calf Tracker, LLC does not sell your data to third parties, and any information the app collects is used solely to provide the Calf Tracker service — nothing else. No ad networks, no data brokers.

Your data stays on your device

Calf Tracker is built offline-first. The stock, events, runs, and performance notes you enter are stored locally on your device so the app works with no signal at the arena. The app has no central backend collecting your records — your data stays on your phone unless you choose to share or export it.

What we collect and how we use it

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app. Any information the app handles is used only to deliver Calf Tracker's features — storing your records, showing your analytics, and keeping the app functioning. We do not:

Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Use your stock records or notes for advertising or profiling.

Subscriptions & payments

Calf Tracker Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms process your payment and manage billing under their own privacy policies. Calf Tracker, LLC never receives or stores your payment card details.

Third-party services

We use as few outside services as possible, and only where needed to keep the app working (for example, the App Store and Google Play for subscription management). Any such service processes data solely to operate the service and is never used to sell your information.

Sharing you initiate

If you choose to share or export an event or your records, that information goes only where you send it. That's your choice, under your control.

Keeping and deleting your data

Because your records live on your device, you're in control of them. You can clear your data from within the app, and deleting the app removes the data stored on that device.

Children's privacy

Calf Tracker is rated 4+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
